• Managing rentals for existing and new residential community of properties in different areas in Dubai
• Managing rentals for Commercial buildings and villas including negotiating lease agreements with new and existing tenants, looking for ways to optimizing income while keeping highest rate of occupancy
• Managing all relationships with Tenants, Buyers, Government Dept. (Police, RDC, RERA, DLD, Notary, etc...) and Municipality, ensuring speedy processing of applications and approvals
• Liaising with engineers and Contractors for projects in final construction phase and on handing over after Defect Liability period expires

• Assisting in Debt collecting for clients in arrears, past due follows ups, etc.
• Monitoring all daily operations
• Assisting in the preparation of budget for annual service contacts

• Building business relationships with Property Developers, Tenants and Property Owners

• Study the market prices.

• Assist in the development and analysis of annual operating budgets. Review data on monthly basis and evaluate variances and trends in operating income and expenses
• Assist in the preparation of Reports, Forecasts and Property Summaries
• Maximize total return for each assigned asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance
• Assist in property dispositions, including analysis of potential sales price, interaction with sales brokers and preparation of internal investment committee brief
• Work closely with property managers, lenders and other third-party groups to track and maximize the clients' profit by periodically reviewing leasing contracts, business plans, budgets and forecasts
• Develop annual strategic financial plans, including plans for cost savings
