Block(B, C) : GWTL + WTL + LG + G + Technical + 14 floors + Roof .
Block (D, E, M) : LG + G + Technical + 12 floors + Roof .
Block (F, G) : WTL + B + G + Technical + 12 floors + Roof .
Block (K, L) : WTL + B + G + Technical + 12 floors + Roof .
Block (H, J) : WTL + B + G + Technical + 14 floors + Roof .
Block (P) : B + G + Mezzanine + 3 floors .
I used the following codes for structural design :
ACI 318M-11 : Building Codes Requirement for Structural Concrete and
Commentary.
ACI 224R-01 : Control of Cracking in concrete Structures.
ACI 216.1-07 : Code Requirements for Determining Fire Resistance of Concrete.
ASCE 7-10 : Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures.
UBC 97 : For seismic loads.
CIRIA special publication; no.31 : The CIRIA guide to concrete construction in the Gulf region.
- I used ETABS 2016 to carry out the analysis and member design phases of the project, SAFE 16 to perform the detailed structural analysis and design of slabs and footings.
