Sales support administrators provide vital support to a company’s sales team. They handle important administrative tasks, such as order processing, and act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office. Administrators also provide a point of contact for customers with queries about orders or deliveries. An efficient sales support administrator contributes to quality customer service and helps the sales team meet its targets.
• Data entry, consisting of deliveries that have been made, by whom, date, time and receiver of recipient and supervising these delivery reports.
• Coordinating workflow between branches.
• Filing of all documents.
• Assisting with enquiries on courier/shipment.
• Coordinating with the accountant on preparing invoices for clients and following up on payment collection.
• For some of our bigger clients I would do collection of payment.
• Handling of cash deposits to the bank.
• Scheduling of courses for teachers.
• Booking courses for students.
• Coordinating the dates for courses.
• My duties were mainly secretarial with reporting directly to management.
• Administrative work, like filing of documents and all correspondence of managements.
• With enthuses on coordination and follow up between departments in the company.
