Business Partnering, providing consultation and HR support on strategic and executional plans, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, succession planning, budget and employee cost tracking, Shared Service administration and labor relations.
• Ensure global HR strategies and initiatives are aligned with local and regional business needs by providing recommendations for tailoring to accommodate to the local labor law and regional needs.
• Provide direction for effective deployment of HR programs/policies/practices.
• Supports global and standardized policies, processes, and technology for service delivery to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency.

• Leads the launch and execution of HR Communication strategies and initiatives
• Support the succession planning process.
• Design strategies enabling the attraction, development, and retention of top talents.
• Collaboration with Comp&Ben Global Team, coordinate salary reviews and bonus programs according to company policies and local legislation, providing local expertise to salary surveys and C&B development.
• Manage benefits providers, ensuring benefits are competitive, cost effective and comply.
• Conduct organization talent data analytics for recommendations to improve productivity, performance, and profitability.
• Serve as Change Management key player in assigned organization, planning and deploying effective change management strategies, communications and training in support of major organization changes and global goals.
• Managing internal and external recruitment process for different positions
• Managing Employer Branding.
• SME for NAf Region for the HRIS. Leading the Launch and deployment of 2 HRIS (MyWorkday and Kian) collaborating with IS for smooth integration, data validation, designing Business Processes (work-flows) etc.
• Participating in assigned Global/Regional HR projects.
Covering all aspects of the HR Function including but not limited to the following: Recruitment, Performance management, Succession planning, training and employee development.
• Performance management: Manage employee compliance with all performance management processes (Quarter performance review process, goal setting, employee development planning). Responsible for timely completion of performance reviews and evaluations for all employees.
• Training and Development: Regularly meets with managers and departments heads to understand the business outcomes essential for their success. Designs and develops training programs that equip staff with the required skills to achieve the organization’s quality, financial and customer service goals. Continually plans, assesses and evaluates training and organizational development services against the organization’s business plan
• Recruitment: Administer the Recruitment Process by sourcing, screening, phone interviewing & following up the overall process progress with all concerned parties to ensure the fulfillment of the company’s manpower needs.
• Support organizational planning including creation of organizational charts, review of roles and responsibilities and job descriptions
• Develop methods for data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
• Application of the HR Policies and Procedures as related to the labor law and the set HR practices
• Developing a well-defined grading structure to support the organization needs by consolidating & developing critical job related data & financial figures to align with Job Master Salary and Benefits Survey for proposing the required corrective measures/action plan to ensure internal equity & external competitiveness
• Supervising the Execution of the monthly Payroll.
• Supervise the administration of the employees affairs; Employees Database, social insurance, Medical Insurance
A generalist HR role as well as the responsibility of coordinating and aligning the HR activities across the Group’s companies ensuring synergy and compliance.
On the Corporate Level:
o Performing the quarterly Performance Appraisal of the Corporate employees.
o Responsible for Corporate monthly HR Report and for the compilation of the HR reports across the companies.
o Responsible for the recruitment activity across the corporate.
o Revise & Approve Monthly Payroll of the Entire organization (both corporate & companies)
On the Companies Level - Alignment & Compliance, and insure full alignment across the group’s companies :
o The application of the group HR Policies and Procedures as related to the labor law and the set HR practices.
o The Application of Grading Structure and salary schemes and any further development that may be required.
o The regular review of JD aligned with the companies Org. Structures.
o The implementation of the Performance Management system as per the set policies and procedures
o Monitoring and facilitating the process of the Development and implementation of manpower plans.
o The Group Core Competencies and training and development Strategies
Consolidate & Develop critical job related data & financial figures to align with the job descriptions used for HAY Job Evaluation in order to share in developing a well-defined grading structure to support the organization needs.
o Contribute in the annual salary surveys by completing the required data & sharing the output reports analysis for proposing the required corrective measures/action plan to ensure internal equity & external competitiveness.
o Moderate the Performance Management Process by supporting employees to develop their SMART Objectives, Follow up on PM cycle milestones, Clarify Managers’ Inquires & Collect detailed annual performance ratings.
o Administer the Recruitment Process by sourcing, screening, phone interviewing & following up the overall process progress with all concerned parties to ensure the fulfillment of the company’s manpower needs.
o Compile monthly Payroll inputs for generating the respective payroll sheets in order to coordinate the salary payments with the finance department besides, developing the relevant cost reports periodically.
o Support Dubai Branch with all related HR Functions.
