Build, lead, motivate and develop a highly successful team that achieves its objectives.
 To manage all service and Technical aspects for the full range of products with the
objectives of achieving the set targets.
 To assist with the facilitation and implementation of after salea marketing related
activities and the sales network and ensure that all activities are coherent in direction.
 Plan, develop and monitor supplier service and parts network. Oversee supplier
Standards assessments of all suppliers. Assist with the updating of service and spare parts
standards as necessary, reviewed once a year.
 Administer and manage all aspects of customer and supplier complaints. Deal with any
customer complaints pertaining to product reliability, assist suppliers and customers alike
to find resolutions to these complaints.

 Assist with after Sales Business development of service sales and marketing, handle key
supplier relationships.
 Enhance customer satisfaction by providing effective training to technical staff and
resolving technical problems.
 Pro-active development of solutions for customer needs. These solutions can comprise of
spare parts, service packages, application advice, and all aimed at machine productivity
improvement and increased customer satisfaction.
 Face to face contact with customers on a regular basis is a critical factor in achieving this
success above.
 Ensuring that the company can respond adequately, including determination of
appropriate spare parts inventory and training needs of service technicians.
 Ensure the whole process from start till the service delivery in coordinating with the
wholesales to assure the customer satisfaction.
 Assure a follow up with manager of all departments and the upper management.
 Contact suppliers for any information needed.
 Set budget and the expenses of maintenance department in yearly basis.
 Make decision after communication with the team regarding warranty cases.
 Supervise, recommend, train and build a successful after sales team by providing the
necessary appraisals, penalties, warnings, bonuses and analyzing performance.
 Coordinate with sales manager and office manager, Gm and board for major decisions.
