• Develop policies and procedures for financial auditing and reporting for all the group companies in Lebanon and abroad (USA, Europe, UAE)
• Develop tools and templates for financial reporting (income statement, balance sheet, aging, collection), auditing (audit plan,
working sheets) and budgeting (5-year projection plans for all entities of the Group)
• Train and guide financial and technical departments of all the Group on using reporting tools and templates
• Establish and maintain healthy relationships with the Group Accountants to ensure efficient communication and coordination
• Support all entities in their financial analysis enquiries
• Ensure the receipt of financial statements on a regular basis from all entities of the Group; check accuracy of data received and
coordinate with originator Accountant for clarifications
• Calculate financial KPIs and report significant issues to senior management
• Consolidate financial statements from all Group entities and issue timely and accurate financial reports for the review of senior
management
• Implement the financial audit exercise on all entities with the support of the finance team
• Review and consolidate all audit findings and submit timely audit reports
• Follow-up on legal matters with the banks and ensure correct incorporation of accounts with them
