• Supervision of all kind welding and fabrication related jobs.

• Proposed budgetary provision for tools, equipment and consumable spare parts and raised Purchase Requisition using ERP SAP software conforming to the Purchase rule of the company.
Maintenance and Trouble Shooting of Gas generator (3 MW power plant by Waukesha Generator), Substation, Diesel generator, Compressor(Boge, Swan, Kyser), Boiler(Thermex-Rivotherm, Thermex-Shellmax,
Cocran), WTP (Water treatment Plant), Pump house, waterline, air line, Steam line and Gas line.
• Smooth operation of boiler, Gas generator, Compressor, water treatment plant, and different pumps.
• Line modification, Project implementation and workshop work (machining, welding, fabrication etc) supervision.
• Keeping Spare parts balance sheet up-to-date.
• Preparing maintenance planning and Scheduling for different maintenance work.
• Keeping maintenance work record.
• Perform Schedule Maintenance of Caterpillar gas and diesel Generator set.
• Trouble shoots the Caterpillar gas generator set for different problem.
• Making tools list for different work.
• Making spare parts list for different gas generator set.
• Everyday travel to customer site for different maintenance and troubleshooting work.
• Overhauling of different gas generator set.
• Report writing for different maintenance work.
• Lube oil sample analysis.
