- Ensure product completion in terms of Complete content coverage, all updated information, previous years’ questions, Exam analysis, competition mapping, and review collation
- Standardise customer experience across products: Prelims, Pedagogy, back-matter, Cover-Branding, Assessments
- Showcase new ideas on content presentation as per market requirement on assigned project
