Currently working in UAE with one of Management Consultancy being deputed with multiple clients on projects like Human Capital Management, Benefits & Reward Management, Policy & Compensation strategy, Learning & Talent Development etc. My overall experience is with multiple sectors (Retail, Hospitality, IT - Hardware/Software, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Office Automation) as Group HR Advisor/Consultant.

Handling all aspects of HR including but not limited to HR Operations (Talent management, retention & development, compensation & benefits, mobilization of new recruits/internal employees, promoting localization, policies & procedures, performance appraisals, rewards and recognition & employee engagement) and Strategies (risk profiling, succession planning, career development, organization development & balance scorecard) in line with vision, mission & values of the organization.
