Currently working in UAE with one of Management Consultancy being deputed with multiple clients on projects like Human Capital Management, Benefits & Reward Management, Policy & Compensation strategy, Learning & Talent Development etc. My overall experience is with multiple sectors (Retail, Hospitality, IT - Hardware/Software, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Office Automation) as Group HR Advisor/Consultant.
Handling all aspects of HR including but not limited to HR Operations (Talent management, retention & development, compensation & benefits, mobilization of new recruits/internal employees, promoting localization, policies & procedures, performance appraisals, rewards and recognition & employee engagement) and Strategies (risk profiling, succession planning, career development, organization development & balance scorecard) in line with vision, mission & values of the organization.
➢ Setting up a robust and competitive Compensation & Benefit structure for multiple subsidiaries of a Group Organisation including job evaluation following Hays methodology, creating Org Structures streamlined with Organisational vision & growth.
➢ Benchmarking the C&B structure with industry & market standards with global surveys of Hays & local surveys of Gulf Talent & Bayt.
➢ Streamlining an automated KPIs based Performance Management System with annual & mid-year performance reviews on Halogen, Taleo, Oracle, ERP & SAP etc.
➢ Administering the Compensation & Training annual budgets, risk profiling of key profiles, which might affect the business adversely and developing the existing talent to fill those positions in case of any fall-backs.
➢ Creating a strong Organisation Development culture by instilling organisation & employee effectiveness culture including change management, conflict resolution, leadership development by following different models such as Emotional Intelligence, Helium Stick, Waterline etc.
➢ Implanting Rewards policy to recognize and motivate talent.
➢ Creating a training & development department to live by vision, mission & values of the organization, implementing a strong training calendar taking into the consideration the career development of employees.
➢ Following world best practices to retain & develop talent, balance scorecard, and policies & procedures across the board for multiple locations.
