• Act as Client representative (Projects Manager) throughout the project life cycle.
• Develop Project execution plans to meet the requirements of the Project.
• Lead the internal team and lead the project till delivery & handover phase of Project life cycle.
• Manage and handle all statutory & Principle client approvals.
• Draft & send Contractual letter’s, to all parties in the contract.
• Accountable for day-to-day delivery of all project activities.
• Ensure all the terms and conditions of the project contract are met from both parties.
• Serve as main point of contact with external consultants and vendors related with projects.
• Notify the contractor for both material breach and non-material breaches.
• Prepare the Client brief & Project execution plan.
• Prepare scope of works and project plan using MS project which shows the key milestone of the project like duration required for Hiring the consultant & contractor, project execution, Closing & Hand over the Project to End user.
• Defining right Procurement strategy to transfer the project risk to the party of contract who is best suited to manage the risks.
• Perform technical evaluation on the proposal received from contractors/Consultants.
• Support in preparing & reviewing the project specific contract
• Monitor and control project during Pre-contract, Execution, & Post construction project life cycle
• Track the project progress against baseline.
• Submit weekly project progress to client and update Project Master Programme accordingly.
• Take the required control measures to ensure project is completed within the agreed cost, time & quality.
• Issue the completion certificate to contractor upon project closure, ensure all the handing over documents are received before issuing final handing over certificate.
• Draft the Contractual letter’s, to ensure project is executed as per the agreed contractual terms between the employer and the contractor.
• Handing over the completed projects to operation team.
