A- Sr. project Manager/Project Director (Aug. 2014 till Present)
Petroleum Institute Research Center(ADNOC); one of the most complicated high tec. Project, first kind in middle east, where MEP exceeds 55% of the project value, combined by high prestigious finishing. The project composed mainly of 55 laboratories in five stories over 54, 000 m2.


B- Operation Manager Controls (Dec. 2012 to July 2014).
Main Duties:
- Review/follow up the Projects (mainly high prestigious Villas) progress/performance, identify the critical areas, and propose corrective actions. This may include giving the needed support to prepare recovery schedule.
- Support the Project Director/Manager in reviewing/ finalizing the master schedule (newly awarded projects), main method statements (including logistics, require staff/equipment, …etc.).

- Maximize the direct labor efficiency to enable project completion on time, and minimize the losses.
- Establish full and complete Cost control system, to control Material, Equipment, and Subcontractors. Compiling it with time Management system, to produce unified controls measures. The duties extends to provide training, coaching, and support to all company staff, to effectively use such tools, and achieve real accomplishment.
- Identifying the lesson learned, and provides feedback to estimation department.

Main duties and responsibilities
-Reviewing the current control system, and proposing necessary modifications/ updates.
-Identifying the productivity rates for the newly awarded projects based on project budget and site conditions.
-Support the Project director in reviewing/ finalizing the master schedule, main method statement (including logistics, no of tower cranes, …etc.), and appropriate formwork.

Key Project:
• JAFZA Convention Center, Food Court, Office Complex & Hotel (DH 2B).

Achievements:
• Executed all concrete works for the towers including PT slabs.
Initiated the execution of the finishing work at the Hotel
• Formulated the main method statement for executing the work, including the work sequence, slab cycle, shuttering system and equipment requirement pertinent to the number and location of the tower cranes and placing booms.

Responsibilities:
• Determining projected time frames, opening projections, construction issues and monitoring projects to ensure their timely completion within budgetary constraints.
• Reviewing, modifying and approving the master schedule, budget, quality and HES plans in addition to spearheading and mentoring a group of Construction Managers and Site Engineers to achieve sub-targets assigned.
• Following up with the consultant and the project manager, preparing responses to all commercial correspondence, and raising claims pertinent to work performed.
• Ensuring the project’s compliance to QA/QC procedures, plans and work instructions, tracking deviations from set implementation protocol, identifying errors and initiated corrective action.

• Revised construction schedules, procurement and engineering plans and project budget to align with evolving business and client specifications.
