Overall accountability for effectively positioning and differentiating specific brands.
lead the team to grow brand market share through provision of an effective and innovative product portfolio within their brand at the right price and quality in order to drive sales.
Responsible for executing overall brand strategy, as well as partnering and maintaining key brand relationships with principals for brands.
General Management
Pro-actively contributing to the execution of the overall Sales & Retail Department Strategy, plans and departmental budgets.
Identifying and monitoring KPI’s, sets targets, monitoring performance against plans and initiating remedial actions in case of discrepancy between actual and expected performance.
Monitoring and analysis business performance by category sales, sell-out, gross margin, turnover and translating insights into key selling points, or category opportunities.
Relationship Management
Maintaining close collaboration with management team to enhance and develop supplier relationships.
Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with Brand Principals to maximize brand training impact on Sales force.
Managing the relationship and liaising with Brand Principals on matters relating to product launches, marketing campaigns, forthcoming offerings and events.

Monitoring market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities to enhance brand presence.
Visiting stores regularly and understanding key issues with brands - gather information on sales results, competitive practices, product availability or replenishment challenges or other relevant data which may impact business performance. Recommends remedial action accordingly.
Coordinating regular meetings with Area Managers, Brand Analysts, and Store Managers to share insights arising from market dynamics and brands performance.
Analyzing sales related data for products within the brand portfolio and providing insights into enhancing potential sales opportunities.
Ensuring proper assortment planning and budgeting as well proposing optimal stock levels per brand to support the achievement of sales targets.
Ensuring that brand communications for assigned portfolio is consistent with the company and brand positioning.
Conducting meetings with the team to review and discuss brand analysis reports; ensure timely and uniform reporting formats and cycles; preparing monthly reports for review and discussion with Commercial Director.
Reviewing internal and external pricing by drawing comparisons between the local and international markets to set pricing and profit margins.
Coordinating with principals to provide brand training tools and guidelines to the sales team to help ensuring brand integrity, consistency and compliance.
Building and maintaining long-term relations with brands Principals and implementing negotiation strategies to leverage positive outcomes for the department’s growth.
Negotiating commercial terms and conditions with the Brand Principals, reviews new contracts and renewals with the Legal team to flag risks and share insight with management accordingly.
Undertaking pricing activities for assigned brands based on pre-defined mark-up.
