Main Responsibilities:
• Manage the full life-cycle Recruitment process, since the meeting with the client to understand the position requirements until the first working day of the candidate;
• Recruitment done for Industries: Construction. IT, Graphic Design, Back Office Telecommunication, Hospitality, Media
• Have experience in using various job boards: Gulf Talent, LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, Indeed
• Create attractive Job Descriptions to encourage and engage candidates, and also advertise them through online media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and/or Tapetalent website);
• Develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies within Dubai and overseas, through the appropriate channels (Job portals, referrals, ads, networking, head hunting).
• Collect relevant CVs and proceed with a detailed analysis to identify the top talents from each industry;
• Develop a checklist with client's requirements for each position and submit them with the candidate's CVs;
• Conduct candidate phone and Skype Video Interviews, coaching them to effectively representing themselves, their skills and experience.
• Perform Interview preparation with the candidates for their face-to-face interviews with the clients;
• Receive feedback from the client about the candidate's interview, deliver to the candidate and adapt the sourcing process with the new info;
• Create an organized CVs Database for any further job opportunities.
• Understanding the UAE Labor Law to clear out candidate queries.
• Develops Due Diligence investigation for high-risk third parties to identify any illegal, unethical, or improper conduct history and prevent the company from any associated risks.
• Provide internal Legal advice covering anti-bribery and corruption for all employee levels of the company.
• Collaborates with other departments to address compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
• Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; advice corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
• Provides reports on a regular basis to keep the senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
• Works with the Human Resources Department and others as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program.
• Reporting/Escalating high-risk issues to Global Compliance team in USA;
• Studying existing and new legislation by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Main activities: Analysis and elaboration of Contracts, Amendments, Terminations and Terms in general (Portuguese and English), responsible for jurisprudence and technical research, drafting of legal opinions aimed at meeting the internal demands of all global business units, legal advisory on issues related to energy services, administrative routines to approval and validation of documents. At Compliance, proceeded with assistance in training sessions and implementation of the Code of Conduct and internal policies and studies on the Competition Act and Anti-Corruption Law.
Main activities: Confection of court reports for tax audit, confection of simple petitions, jurisprudential searches and legal issues, evaluation of success of tax claims, assistance in legal opinions and memos, organization of procedural and accounting data in spreadsheets, check state and administrative publications in official journal, diligence to forums for monitoring processes and extraction of copies, hiring external lawyers, digital registration and physical assembly of new processes.
Main activities: Preparing reports, petitions and appeals; monitoring hearings and processes in the forums of São Paulo; aid in the pending negotiations; assistance in hiring correspondent lawyers and updating spreadsheets.
