•Doing inventory counting and maintaining inventory templates of Salon product
Giving assistance to 3 Managers at Plant & Machinery Dept. namely the
General Manager, Sr. Plant Manager, Plant Superintendent Manager
Giving assistance to the site workers specially the Supervisors and
Operators especially on their expense reimbursements, request orders,
claims.
Making presentation
Responsible for the Machine Utilization reports for Malaysian HQ’s
requirement & for Operations Department
Filing of documents
Taking minutes of the meeting
Organizing meeting
Handling HR Responsibility like preparing weekly staff attendance report
and monthly timecards for office staffs / handling the leave application
records with coordination with HR personnel at the main office.
Custodian and responsible for the distribution the office and pantry
supplies for the department
