• Identify root cause of non-performance, suggest remedial action to execute turnaround efforts.

• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, receptions and exhibition .
• Writing proofreading copy .
• Managing the production of marketing material such as flyers, posters, media, etc…
• Evaluating marketing complains .
• Monitoring competitor activity .
• Evaluate customer satisfaction .
