Recording customer’s direct orders.
Following up with current stock level and customers’ imported orders.
Following up with coming shipments and pricing ordered goods. Analyzing historical sales to make purchase decisions.
Responsible of monthly payroll, fund requests, cash flows, P&L, budget, and financial analysis.
Preparing financial reports to CEO
Following up payments with projects' managers.
Prepare Zakat returns, DZIT queries, assessments, monthly and annual withholding tax.
Also, administration duties include:
Filing, writing business letter, weekly reports, and translation.
