My achievements , in all positions I got the first and most important point for my it is the sales department so I was working hardly on it in the end in all my positions I achieved more then the target and made high profits that was through focus on the team, products, clients, follow up with them studying the market weekly, increasing the number of products and services and studying the offers of competitors, although these tasks were not within my position, but I believe that this department is the basis for the success of all departments of the company, so I worked hard on it and thus we achieved success for the whole company

My duties;

Development, implementation, and management, focusing on generating growth in company, this includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, recommending appropriate sales, and marketing channels and guiding the research and analysis of market data. provide strong direction and leadership in all aspects of planning, strategic selling, and general management activities
Implement a robust business structure that allows all strategic objectives to be visible and achievable through transparent target setting, performance metrics
follow all departments of company read all reports encourage all managers department to achieve the goal

I focused on sales department and open new markets so that that lead to increase the sales more the what we expected.
I follow production dep to make sure by myself we have excellent product and quality.
I read all reports daily from all departments specially sales, marketing and production and I was meeting them with finance every week
I follow procurement department and check all offers we got from companies, discuss all prices with procurement manager to make final decision.
