1. Preparing monthly additions and deductions sheet, and attendance report for Payroll.
2. Preparing Annual HR Budget.
3. Recruiting:
o Understanding manpower requisition from concerned departments
o Prepare the vacancy report
o Publish adverts internally in newspapers and externally in UK or Social Media.
o CVs shortlisting
o Doing the HR interviews
o Arrange first and second interview panels
o Prepare the offer letters according to the salary scale
o Send regret letters to candidates not selected
o Communicate with the nominated candidates for any explanations and answer their queries
o Contacting their references ( at least 2 satisfied reference )
o Issuing the working visa
o Guiding new staff for documents attestation
o Booking flights tickets, accommodation and arranging transportation from airport for international staff

10. Conducting annual employees’ performance appraisal through the Standards Tracker system.

11. Following up on daily staff attendance.

12. Entering/ updating all staff information to the HRIS.

13. Entering/ updating all staff information to the Ministry of Education system.

14. Staff filing up-to-date.

15. Dealing with Terminations/ Resignations & preparing the final settlements for leaving staff.

16. Following up with the internal issues of the staff.
