Operations Officer
Jordan Data Systems - Midis Group
1. Logistics Management:
• Coordinate the logistical aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to streamline operations and minimize costs.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and stocktaking processes.

2. Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of projects from inception to completion.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in project workflows and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
3. Procurement and Purchase Orders:
• Manage the procurement process, from vendor selection to contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Generate purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and budgetary constraints.
• Monitor procurement activities to optimize purchasing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
4. Invoicing and Financial Administration:
• Prepare and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements.
• Coordinate with finance department for timely billing and collection of payments.
