Identify client requirements, determine scope of work and develop proposals.
Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
Provide the implementation team with all necessary documentation for the successful completion of the project.
Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers.
Preparing technical and financial proposals for RFP/RFI with the requested documentations.
Work with the sales team to answer for technical RFI/RFP questions.
Coordinate with the vendor account managers and system Engineers to come up with the suitable technical solutions within the customer Budget.
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company and vendor standards.
Participate in training & seminars when appropriate and requested.
Participate in yearly vendor Audits for the Company Certifications.
Attain needed certificates to fulfill my role in different vendor Architectures.
Participate in different vendor programs to gain profitability and incentives for the company.
Manage projects starting with Initiation till closure
Align with different departments internally to achieve the company goals
