• Organize and control all activities of the department: Administrative and personnel management, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, training career development, performance appraisal, internal workflow and processes.
• Reconcile payroll for all employees.
• Receive CVs, interview, screen and recruit new employees.
• Issue, modify and cancel Employee Insurance Policies.
• Monitor attendance/ leaves balance and prepare monthly reports for all employees.
• Issue verbal or written warnings and termination reports when needed.
• Issue salary certificates, recommendation letters and personnel related memos.
• Review and update the company’s Policies and Procedures Manual and job descriptions.
• Provide support for all employees in matters of employee relations.
