Assisting in form preparations, daily follow-up on internal matters, data entry, maintaining vacation records, updating employees’ files
Attended online therapy sessions, mainly in hypnotherapy, recorded my observations for discussion with the Dr. in charge, reviewed related theory and documentation, assisted with some functions around the clinic.
I take care of filing, scanning, answering the phone, making sure all papers are correct, and that nothing is missing in the office
It was an Internship, i was responsible of a 5yo kid with autism for the whole summer. I helped him to engage in activities with his classmates, try and be more social, more friendly.
