• Resolving customer issues and addressed complaints, exceeding customers expectations.
• Screening, verifying, and investigating applicants information and background.
• Scheduling and attending numerous career and college job fairs.
• Provide staf orientation
• Perform other related duties as required
• Perform the interviews of potential future employees.
• Keeping record of employees attendance (leaves, days of, late hours ). & Maintain Employee Files (paper and electronic)
• Supervise employee requests for information regarding items like employment
• Issue the circulations, experience letter, final settlement & other recommendations.
• Responsible for all ofice filing and organization
• Making sure that the internal rules & Regulations are applying in the company
• Screening CVs, conducting the preliminary interviews, and making recommendations for placement. Responsible for all employees attendance.
