• Handling non-conformities and processing Corrections, Corrective actions and Preventive Actions.
• Attending weekly meetings with clients quality team.
• Attending the assigned schedules for Design, Procurement and Quality Audits.
• Close follow up with Procurement and Engineering Departments, for proper processing of documents related to shop drawings, technical queries & purchase orders issuing.
• Controlling type of support for the construction team during execution, making sure that the execution of work is as per the agreed implementation methodology.
• Scheduling per-construction meetings for each new site activity.
• Communication with third parties for Inspections and NDTs.
• Following PDCA cycle for continuous improvement of the process.
• Schedule & Monitor the T&C of MEP trades (Functional tests and Third-party tests).
• Technical Involvement in Mechanical Systems HVAC (AHUs, FCUs, PACU, Ex Fans, Ducting, BMS), Chilled water (Chillers, Pumps, Piping, Hookups), Plumbing (Domestic water pumps, submersible pumps, piping, electric water heater, sanitary fixtures, storm drain), Firefighting (Wet sprinklers system, FM200, Fire Hose Cabinets, Zone control Valves, Alarm Check Valves).

• Head a team of engineers, supervisors and technicians for MEP scope in 7 renovated buildings
• Full MEP scope in Data Center building, Chiller Yard, Main Villa Mezzanine, Water tank, Security Perimeter,
Security Guard Buildings.
• Acquire New Scopes from Main Contractor, adding values to the company
• Revising BOQs and advice the tendering department.
