Review design, redesign some parts to suite architectural changes or to suite authorities latest regulations or client requirements or to suite medical equipment.
Review contractor’s submittals of material and shop drawings, coordinate wiith other trades.Check contractor site works installations.
-Partial design of of Enaya Hospital-Kuwait (HVAC works).
-Coordinator between services and beween services and other trades.
-Design HVAC works for the kitchen.
-Review kitchen equipment and medical equipment to decide requipements(gas, compressed air, ventilation..etc.)
Responsible for all Mechanical works for the Project
(HVAC, District cooling, Building automation system, Pl&FF, lab gases, medical gases, lab furniture)
Responsible for the supervision of HVAC, Cold stores, district cooling, Labs furniture, labs gases, medical gases( Coordinating HVAC works with Labs for proper distribution and control of HVAC system in order to protect researchers from toxic gases), Plumbing & fire fighting works.
Review the Designs. Review and approve shop drawings and materials submittals.
Review and respond to contractors queries. Monitor the progress of mechanical activities against the approved master schedule, report delays and recommend corrective measures. Assist in the review and approval of contractor's payments. Assist in the evaluation of mechanical variation orders. Review/approve testing & commissioning works. Liaise and coordinate with local authorities.
