• Handling Import - SEA & AIR shipments.
• For DAP, DDP Shipments -
-To follow-up on the pre-alert documents from agent once business is secured by the pricing team
-Get CAN from the shipping line & to raise invoice to the agent.
-Follow-up to get the payments from the agent.
• For FOB/Ex-works Shipments -
-To follow-up with the agent on cargo pick-up from shipper’s warehouse, Vessel/Flight schedule and pre-alert documents once business is secured by the pricing team.

-To get confirmation on the draft HAWB/HBL from consignee & confirm it to the agent to issue the final documents.
-To check & confirm MAWB/MBL to the agent.
-Raise invoice to the consignee based on the pricing team’s quotation
-Follow-up with the consignee to get the payments based on the credit terms agreed with them.
-To Coordinate with the agent, CHA & consignee for completing shipment clearance and for arranging transportation to deliver the cargo to the site

•Working on company software - EFS
-To Create invoice
-To update all flight & vessel schedules which is sent via software to the clients
-To Update and Create vouchers for Shipping line & transporters invoice so finance could arrange for their
payments.

• Oversee the Lower Parel store's warehouse which includes proper stacking, segregation as per sections and safety standards
• Coordinating with dispatch centres and drivers for receiving stocks from Main Distribution Centre.
• Physically evaluating the supplies and product to check for quality and quantity issues and return unacceptable inventory back to distribution centre for repair, replace or insurance claims.
• Taking inward of these stocks through SAP to make it live in store’s inventory for sale.
• Tally of actual available Inventory with the system & updating if any discrepancy.
• Checking system for customer deliveries and dispatching the same. Providing delivery plans, routes and manifest to Customer Delivery Specialist and keeping an update on the same for changing the order status in the system accordingly.
• Keeping track of deliveries dispatched from the Main Distribution Centre and coordinating with the customers and drivers for smooth & timely door delivery
• Maintaining accuracy in documentation and records with latest data to prevent errors in processing or delivery.
• Handling of defective units returned from customers. Process these units for replacement, repair or insurance claims. Taking follow-ups with brands for the same.
