Reliability Unit Supervisor at SOPFMD is responsible to Performs all managerial functions common to the organization level. Develop the reliability strategy, policies and procedures in compliance to TPRM requirements. Supervise the compliance to mandatory maintenance and reliability corporate requirements from general instructions, engineering procedures, manuals, and maintenance guidelines.

MSU Supervisor at Marjan offshore Field is responsible to direct the maintenance engineering unit to plan all the maintenance activities and support line maintenance team. He leads a team of engineers and planners to organizes and plan all maintenance material and activities to ensure effective implementation of the maintenance plan.

The Maintenance Lead Engineer at TPD is responsible to support the maintenance team and engineers working at the area to accomplish their duties. He is also responsible to follow-up and update the projects status in the area; all major equipment status includes out of service equipment; and prepare for major equipment overhauling. As well lead and participate at any investigation involving equipment failures or trips.

In addition to the duties of being a Maintenance Lead Engineer; I am the backup supervisor for MSU & RU.

Safety Advisor at (PU) TMSD RT

TMSD Safety Advisor responsibilities are to insure that the safety program are implemented through the department. This can be achieved only if contractors and Aramco employees are performing the work according to the Safety processes and standards (CSM, SMS, and Safety Programs). To insure that; a three level of safety communication had started. As a result the safety KPIs were improved and the work permit violations were reduces tremendously.


Project Engineer at (PU) TMSD RT (offshore maintenance contract)

The Project Engineer at Ras-Tanura Terminal is responsible to manage, direct, and insure that the work is executed in time and in accordance to the codes and standards. Also he is responsible to help the contractor fulfil Aramco requirements through close coordination and follow-up with all involved party.



Reliability Engineer at (RU) TMSD RT

The Mechanical reliability Engineer at Ras-Tanura Terminal is responsible to ensure that all the mechanical equipment are run in safe and sound condition. Also in case of equipment failures he will lead the investigation and the troubleshooting.

Also I am the Safety Advisor for the TMSD and the process owner of three SMS processes 3.01, 8.01 and 8.03.

Achievements:
• Mange to reduce the contractor work permit violation at 2013by 62% in comparison to 2012 & 2011.

GULF HEAVY INDUSTRIES CO. (GHI) is a U, U2 and R stamp Pressure Vessels & Boilers manufacturer.

The GM responsible is to set all the strategy goals and obtain the resources to achieve them. Build the working team, and find the process and procedure of each occupation. Develop the company work system; monitor and guarantee safe implementation.

Eurotechnology is an API workshop serving major drilling contractors and oil companies. The Business Development Manager responsibility is to set, and implements marketing and development strategy to meet the company goals.



Achievements:

• Build the relation with three major client (TETRA, Schlumberger, and SINO)
• Expand the oilfield services to cover seismic by singing an agreement with SIETCO Oil Exploration.

Work for SINO SAUDI GAS limited (SSGL) at Drilling department as a Pre-Drilling Superintendent.

The position responsibilities are planning, and directing all the section activities:

• Review the construction drawings and plans accordance to engineering and HSE standards.
• Plan the construction schedule in accordance with the department plans.
• Insure the construction of the new roads, sites, water wells drilling and rig moves completed as the planed schedules.
• Insure the maintenance of roads and sites are performed up to the standards.
• Direct and assist the construction supervisors to insure the quality and safety of the work done by the contractors.
• Assess and review contracts and contractor performance.
• Evaluate and revise the guideline and standards.
• Resolve conflicts between company construction supervisors and contractors.
• Communicate and coordinate with related departments or contractors.

• Eliminate the delay on the construction program through motivating and long-term planning.
• Initiate the section standard and cods document.

The position is a joint between drilling operation; contractors and transportation; the main goal is to send the correct material on the right time. The job responsibilities are contacting and sending orders to suppliers and Service Companies. In addition to arrange material transportation to and from rig sites based on the drilling operation requirements.

Work for Saudi Aramco at RT-CUD Projects Engineering group as a project engineer through Dallah Trans Arabia Co.
The CUD project engineer is responsible to create the scope of work according to the proponent needs and in accordance with Saudi Aramco Codes and Standards. After that the project engineer will be responsible to manage, direct, and insure that the work is executed in accordance with the codes and standards.

Achievements:
• Complete the project package of Najmah ED plant expansion through installing two RO unites.

As a production engineer at KPIOS, JPME (John Pickle Middle East) pressure vessel plant the main responsibilities assigned to me are planning and managing the production process, and leading the production team. This includes the following: job planning, coordinate with QA, QC, and engineering, managing production process and production groups.

Before I join JPME, I worked at KPIOS, spiral pipe plant as a production engineer, the job responsibilities were leading the production team, raw material calculation, machines forming calculation and implementation, process development, welding inspection, monitoring worker performance, and managing shifts schedule.

Achievements:
• Designing a temperature control system for the induction heater and evaluate the economics of installing it.

The job responsibilities included: supervising the Maintenance department, supervising the drums reconditioning department, evaluating and tracking development of new plant projects, and purchasing of equipment and spare parts from local and foreign suppliers.
