This can be achieved only if contractors and Aramco employees are performing the work according to the Safety processes and standards (CSM, SMS, and Safety Programs). To insure that; a three level of safety communication had started. As a result the safety KPIs were improved and the work permit violations were reduces tremendously.

The Project Engineer at Ras-Tanura Terminal is responsible to manage, direct, and insure that the work is executed in time and in accordance to the codes and standards. Also he is responsible to help the contractor fulfil Aramco requirements through close coordination and follow-up with all involved party.

The Mechanical reliability Engineer at Ras-Tanura Terminal is responsible to ensure that all the mechanical equipment are run in safe and sound condition. Also in case of equipment failures he will lead the investigation and the troubleshooting.

Also I am the Safety Advisor for the TMSD and the process owner of three SMS processes 3.01, 8.01 and 8.03.

• Mange to reduce the contractor work permit violation at 2013by 62% in comparison to 2012 & 2011.
