Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership and Decision-Making: Providing advocacy to senior management in making informed human resources decisions by analyzing information and applications, resulting in improved decision-making processes.
• HR Operations and Process Improvements: Deploying robust HR systems and procedures, streamlining recruitment and administrative processes, and ensuring consistent practices throughout the organization. Introducing various HR programs, such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and employee engagement initiatives, resulting in increased employee satisfaction and retention.
• Sourcing & Recruitment: Conducting full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various technical & non-technical positions. Utilizing robust headhunting techniques to source potential candidates coordinating psychometric testing and ensuring candidate approvals (Medical, Fingerprint & CID).
• HR Committee & Documentation: Preparing cases and presenting them to the HR committee. Drafting offers and contracts for new hires, simultaneously collaborating with outsourced recruitment agencies regarding contracts and renewals.
• Onboarding & System Management: Uploading new employee data into the Human Resource Management System and preparing employee files. Directing the onboarding processes for new joiners, ensuring seamless processes.
• Manpower Planning & Reporting: Offering vital inputs in manpower planning and recruitment plans, updating internal and external memos. Compiling and updating electronic weekly reports and presenting detailed reports for top management.
• Employee Affairs: Reviewing and implementing promotion cases; managing internal/external employee transfers and secondments. Contributing to the implementation and placement of employees in a new organizational structure.
• Project Management: Leading organizational project results by identifying priorities, coordinating requirements, and evaluating milestone accomplishments. Adapting strategies and direction as needed to achieve project objectives and resolve any challenges.
• Operational Support and Efficiency: Executing all human resource functions within the company, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Responsibilities:
• Auditing Foreign Contract Invoices: Conducted thorough audits of foreign contract invoices to ensure compliance with contractual terms and organizational policies.
• ASKHR and HRMS Management: Followed up on daily requests through the ASKHR system and the Abu Dhabi Human Resources Management System (HRMS), ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Pension Fund Updates: Updated and maintained accurate records for the Abu Dhabi Pension Fund, ensuring all employee data was current and precise.
• Data Accuracy: Ensured the correctness and accuracy of data within the Abu Dhabi Government Resources Management System and the BI reporting system, supporting informed decision-making.
• Employee File Management: Organized and continuously updated employee files, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
• Employee Assignments and Secondments: Coordinated the assignment and secondment of employees within and outside the department, facilitating smooth transitions and placements.
• Employee Relations: Served as a crucial link between management and employees, assisting in the resolution of work-related problems and fostering a positive work environment.
