A highly talented Aircraft Mechanic with huge experience in inspecting, testing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing aircraft in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
My main duties included:
- Flight control tension, rigging & adjustment.
- Phase Inspection Supervisor.
- Aircraft's Documentation Forms.
- Flight line Supervisor.
- Aircraft's Servicing (Oxygen, Fuel, Nitrogen …).
- Examine and inspect aircraft components, including landing gear, hydraulic systems, air conditioning, and de-icers to locate cracks, breaks, leaks, or other problems.
- Replace or repair worn, defective, or damaged components, using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment.
- Inspect completed work to certify that maintenance meets standards and that aircraft are ready for operation.
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
- Assist in training less skilled Aircraft Mechanics in the repair and maintenance of airframes.
- Performing 1st and 2nd level of maintenance inspections including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Cessna Caravan 208/208B and Schwizer 2-37A.
- Strong knowledge of airframe and engine inspection procedures and methods.
- Ability to perform quality control inspection.
