DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Human Resources
Directs, Manages and may personally perform any and/or all of the following HR/Admin general activities:
Policies & Procedures
• Establishing and develop all HR policies and procedures, updating periodically to reflect developments and changes in the market as well as company requirement and ensuring proper implementation.
• Providing advice and support to departments for implementation and administration of the policies and procedures

Recruitment
• Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing, arranging for interviews by the employing departments, preparation of employment offers and contracts, etc.
• Overseeing the preparation and securing of entry and employment visas, residence permits and other legal documents for expatriate candidates/employees and families, as applicable
• Managing the process of "on-boarding" new employees; including orientation to the company - HR policies and procedures, rights and obligations, etc. -, introduction to colleagues, opening a personnel file, placement on the payroll, registering with GOSI, activating Medical insurance coverage, opening a bank account, issuing a company ID badge, initiating the process of obtaining residence permit in case of expatriate employees, etc

Probationary Period
• Following up and ensuring that the performance of new employees during the probationary period is evaluated to determine whether or not the employee will be confirmed in employment
• Initiating appropriate action in line with the final probationary report

Payroll
• Supervising and administering payroll of the company; includes ensuring that employees are paid at the assigned grade level and salary scale, processing approved increases, payment of assigned salaries, allowances and benefits, deductions from payroll, etc and coordinating with Finance accordingly

Change of Status
• Supervising the process of maintaining employee/personnel files and ensuring that entries are correctly made for changes in status such as salary increases, promotions, deductions, absences, annual vacation entitlement and balances, termination processing, etc.

Employee Relations
• Providing support to all departments in handling employee relations issues and guidance for handling grievances
