• Liaise between IT, Online Ad sales and the client to ensure effective fulfillment of various online solutions.
• Manage the training, usage, and follow-up queries with client through supervision of the assigned Product Specialist
• Track all sales, communication, and opportunities in the CRM system.

• Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned client experiential and event marketing program.
