•Lead implementation/maintenance of ISO 9001 (Quality management system), ISO 22000(Food Safety Management System), GMP/GWP guidelines in organization, working on OHSAS & BRC certification.
•Manage QA/QC activities (Incoming, Online, Quarantine & finished Goods inspection, data feeding, reporting, customer complaint, NCP), special requirements of export orders.
•Conduct internal audits, built internal audit team and take CPA on discrepancies / nonconformities
•Closely liaison with certifying & government bodies for implementing & renewal of STD and certification.
•Working on Disaster Management to improvement safety conditions & handle emergency situations in organization.
•Implementing Continues Improvement programs through Food Safety team, Kaizen & special projects for improvement like (warehouse conditions, safety conditions, awareness of Data Analysis tools, vendor development, paper less ISO Doc’s) etc
•Evaluate data (quality attributes, downtime, prod. efficiency, defects, customer complaint, NCP) etc carried out RCA through problem solving approach and recommend improvement / changes in process/practices

System Implementation & Audit
•Take part in integration and implementation of ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP & ISO 22000 standards.
•Successfully implement ISO 22000 & GMP program in NFL for Paste, Sauces, Jams, Jellies, Ketchups, Vinegar and Spices.
•Plan & conduct audit entire processes from order intake to Shipping for relevant standard & other applicable regulations.
•Develop Good Warehouse Practices guidelines for NFL warehouses & distributors storage area, conduct audits against guidelines.
Data and trend Analysis for Process & Product through different Statistical (Control Chart, Regression Analysis, Correlation) etc.
