As a part of the of the Centre of Excellence team my responsibilities include the full cycle of talent acquisition for GCC, India, Indonesia, Europe, USA, Lebanon, Egypt and Morocco, including but not limited to recruitment, talent pooling, employee referral programs, internal mobility program, on boarding, career portal design and implementation (Talentra), career fairs, graduate and students program (including graduate training program, internship program and vocational training program) and employer branding.
Managing and delivering “Foundation Academy” program (soft skilled training program) and the Learning Management System.
Partnering with the head of departments to deliver the Company approach through effective talent sourcing strategies and analyzing market trends.
• Partnering with customers/ managers to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
• Devising and carrying out targeted research strategies.
• Define sourcing strategies against each defined JD like Job Portals/Mapping/Head Hunting/Walk-Ins/References.
• Short-listing resumes, technical screening and validating candidates for the senior level profiles and permanent staffing.
• Conducting confidential interviews follow up references and background checks.
• Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.
• Following up with clients/managers and assist with the candidate's transition and onboarding process.
• Networking and building long lasting client relationships.
• Conducting classroom training for regional managers on recruitment practices and processes.
• Attending Career Fairs and Networking Events.
• Implementation of ATS (Taleo) in the entire region.
• Build & maintain talent pipelines for all technical and non- technical disciplines.
• Handling university recruitment, internship programs, next- generation program and momentum program.
• Managing the global mobility function for International Rotators and employees moving globally.
• Flexibility & ability to adapt to change.
Recruitment & Retention:
• Writing job descriptions
• Sourcing CVs & conducting interviews
• Screen and refer applicants to hiring managers, making hiring recommendations
• Contract negotiations / Making job offers
• Onboarding
Compensation & Benefits:
• Payroll, Leave salary & EOSS processing
• Administer health and life insurance which includes liaising with the service providers and networks.
• Manage benefits process, ensuring all employees are aware of benefit entitlement and update as and when changes occur.
Training & Development:
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation
• Develop training courses and / or liaise with the third party training consultants.
Employee Relations & Record Management:
• Maintain and update employees information through Psiber
• Assist in handling employee complaints, grievances & disputes
• Employee communication to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale besides handling employee disciplinary process
Handling recruitment, employee relations and operations management (administrative) for the whole group.
