Responsibilities as Head of Information Systems:
• Oversee the planning, implementation and maintenance of the company’s information systems infrastructure including developing strategies to optimize the use of technology resources, ensuring data security and integrity.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify technological needs and assess and implement new technologies.
• Lead and oversee the design, development, implementation and maintenance of information systems, including hardware, software, networks, and databases.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the IT division including budgeting, resource allocation & performance management.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies & trends in the IT industry, and assess their potential impact on the company.
• Lead digital transformation efforts to streamline processes, improve efficiency & enhance the company’s competitiveness.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology for innovation and business growth; work closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
