Key Responsibilitiesu**
IT Project Management
• Responsible for providing PMO services to clients.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure business requirements are suitably defined understood and signed off.
• Pro-actively manage project risks and issues and minimize their impact on project.
• Regularly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders and use their feedback to optimize project progress.
• Coordinate and manage project reporting, project reviews and project steering meetings.
• Maintaining proper documentation \{project plans, action items, minutes of meetings, timelines etc.\} on all projects.
IT Audit
• Risk assessment and IT audit planning.
• Development of audit program covering all area under scope.
• Perform internal control reviews on IT Security, Backup and Disaster Recovery, IT Governance & Strategy and Application.
• Report audit findings to management and close the audit.
• Perform follow-up of audit findings and report status.
IT Strategic Planning
• Defining and implementing IT strategy for clients by evaluating existing and future IT risks, current technology trends.
• Guiding clients in developing and establishing IT standards and policies for maintaining competitive edge.
• Assisting clients in enhancing IT processes by providing strategic guidance on technology usage and IT infrastructure.
Corporate Finance
• Preparing Feasibility Reports and Business Plans for Green Field projects and other expansion projects for existing firms and groups.
• Developing Financial Models for Healthcare and Education sector projects.
• Conducting Market assessment for Strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilitiesu**
• Collated and evaluated user requirements for the Microchip Embedded Smartcard ERP Solution developed for Educational Institutions.
• Evaluated feedback and organized training sessions for end users demonstrating facilities available in the application to optimize application usage.
• Enhanced client satisfaction by effectively resolving customer queries, troubleshooting technical issues related to database and application at site.
• Coordinated activities related to installing and configuring MSSQL server 2000/ Oracle 9i databases, importing tables used by the application into database.
• Tested and set up various backup and recovery strategies on Oracle 9i Release 1(9.1) (using RMAN and user managed backups) and MSSQL server 2000 at client sites.
• Evaluated team and application performance and presented detailed reports to the senior management to enable effective decision making.
