Key Responsibilitiesu**
IT Project Management
• Responsible for providing PMO services to clients.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure business requirements are suitably defined understood and signed off.
• Pro-actively manage project risks and issues and minimize their impact on project.
• Regularly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders and use their feedback to optimize project progress.

IT Audit
• Risk assessment and IT audit planning.

• Perform internal control reviews on IT Security, Backup and Disaster Recovery, IT Governance & Strategy and Application.
• Report audit findings to management and close the audit.
• Perform follow-up of audit findings and report status.
IT Strategic Planning
• Defining and implementing IT strategy for clients by evaluating existing and future IT risks, current technology trends.
• Guiding clients in developing and establishing IT standards and policies for maintaining competitive edge.
• Assisting clients in enhancing IT processes by providing strategic guidance on technology usage and IT infrastructure.
Corporate Finance
• Preparing Feasibility Reports and Business Plans for Green Field projects and other expansion projects for existing firms and groups.
• Developing Financial Models for Healthcare and Education sector projects.
