Quality Assurance & Quality Controlling of various Bakery and All kind of Food Products
Conducting the company internal audit program. Managing the company internal & external audit.
Sampling and Analysis of Raw materials, Packaging material and Finish products. Preparing of standard solutions and standardization.
Maintain all Q.C record and Day to Day planning.
Support to Product testing - Incoming (RM & PM) and Outgoing (Finished Goods). GLP and GMP requirement. Follows written analytical procedures and methods for testing of in-process, finished and customer product samples including Plating tests, Volumetric and Gravimetric analysis, Instrumental analysis, etc.
Communicates status of testing samples to Production Supervisors and Chemical Operators. Submits results for approval to the Laboratory Manager. Validates established methods. Troubleshoots and makes recommendations concerning product quality.
Schedule and maintain instrument calibration database. Works with Quality assurance personnel to investigate any product quality issues.
Experienced in Working According to the Regulations of
ISO 17025, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
