Undertake and give comments on Contractor’s requests
for inspection of various RCC and Civil works, Finishing
works.
Supervise contractor’s activities of pouring concrete
during the day/night time, witness on-site tests and
ensure quality controls are strictly implemented by the
contractor.
Undertake MIR inspections for cement, steel and other
structure/civil elements to ensure full compliance with
the approvals and authority regulations.
Prepare the Field observation for any defective and/or
inferior quality works observed at the site and report to
the Senior Engineer
Conduct daily surveillance of the site works
Assist DM inspectors at the time of inspection.
Witness regularly the various QA/QC off-site tests
carried out on structure/civil works, finishing works by
the independent lab.
Undertake substantial completion inspections of
different parts of the works, prepare relevant snag list
before handing over of the project.
