I have to work as the IT Professional and expertise in Window Server, SQL Server, cloud hosting i.e. Azure, C panel Hosting, IIS, VOIP, SIP Server, LogMeIn, Hyper-V, VMWare, VDI, VPN etc.
Handling the azure clients and manage service delivery. Server maintenance and production support.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
•Configuration, installation, maintenance of Windows Server 2012 R2 and SQL Server 2012.
•Windows IIS and Linux Apache Web server administration .i.e. hosting website on IIS and C panel Hosting.
•Setting up and Managing Fortigate/Sophos External Firewall Device and applying various security policies on Network.
•Setting up and Managing Repositories on Visual SVN server, TFS server and support them.
•Handling client’s application related issues through Team Viewer, Any desk, Remote Desktop Connection, Log Mein etc.
•Providing the support of various Global location on Eagle soft, Network, Server support and VM Ware, VDI etc.
•Schedule the Window Server and SQL Server database backup on daily basis and manage the project backup in systematic way.
•Setting up the Domain and managing users with Active Directory Domain Services and various Group Policies.
•Hands-on experience on Active Directory, Also troubleshooting AD related issues. Installing & configuring DNS, DHCP, and IIS, WSUS etc.
•Interacting with the clients, technical teams, and vendors to solve the problems in case of outages.
•Handling the SIP server, VOIP device i.e. Grand Stream configuration and troubleshooting.
•Monitor all system alerts and assist to resolve complex issues in system hardware and software.
•Outlook, Thunderbird Configuration on various desktops-laptops and resolve windows and printers issues.
•Monitoring of Network and Fixing the Network faults and handle the network using SOPHOS UTM 9 Firewall and alert services.
•Create the various software platform and setup the path to execute the application on the server i.e. install JDK, XAAMP, ANDROID STUDIO, SQL DEVELOPER, TOMCAT, ORACLE 11G, SQL SERVER, VISUAL STUDIO 2012 and 2017, VISUAL SVN, MYSQL SERVER, ETC.
• Create the various Azure cloud hosting server and database and manage them. i.e. Expertise on Azure cloud and hosting.
•Configuration of Ring Central portals for various VOIP communications during business hours and non-business hours.
