* Managed a team of 3 consultants in delivering Vehicle Testing and Registration System for Tasjeel, an independent vehicle testing and registration centre operating out of Dubai.
* Supervised the migration of Oracle e-Business Suite and other legacy databases to a new IBM server within a down time of 8 hrs.
* Managed Implementation of Oracle SCM modules of Order Management, Inventory and Manufacturing for EPPCO Lubricants, ENOC Lubricants and ENOC Chemicals, subsidiaries of ENOC group
* Lead a team of two programmers in developing Telephone Bill Payment System for EPPCO Group of Companies, the retail and downstream arm of ENOC group
* Lead a team of two programmers in developing and implementing Sales & Inventory Management System for ENOC Terminals, an independent chemicals terminal handling bulk and packaged chemicals.

* Contributed in the designing, testing and deployment of Sales and Inventory Management System for EPPCO Lubricants, which primarily deals in sales and distribution of lubricants in UAE
* Functioned as a member of the IT Team and later as a Member of the newly formed IT services company.
