Distinguished efforts in managing and controlling multiple small projects within single customer campus and multiple client representatives in terms of requirements, acceptance, delivery, closing and collection.
B. As Project Manager - SAP for Support and Enhancement Project - SIPCHEM, Jubail, Saudi Arabia - (Support for MM, SD and HR Succession Planning implementation): Worked in conjunction with the different onshore, offshore team and client representatives to get signoff for project approval. This included presale presentation and establishing requirements of client. Managed effectively to get required unexpected activities such as certain patch updates through offshore team.
C. As Delivery Manager - SAP for End to end new implementation project - CCMC \[Consolidated Can Manufacturing Company, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia\]. The project was of On-site/ Offshore delivery model including most of the manufacturing modules - FICO, MM, SD, HR, PP, ABAP and BASIS on ECC6.0.
• Effectively planned and defined off-shore and on-shore communication and other interaction requirements.

• Fore fronted the launch of first SAP project in KSA and established a new platform for the organization’s new business prospects overseas.

C. Role: Project Manager for Retail Billing System - Rollout project - Vishal Retail Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon: Established remarkable efforts in successfully planning, strategizing and implementing 3rd party billing system to SAP backend processing. Rolled out at 40 outlets in less than 2 months time.
A. Role: Associate Project Manager and Business Analyst: Completed the assignment of preparing requirement specification and effort estimation based on system study at UGPL and Neel. Also actively involved in enhancing home-grown ERP solution developed on .Net and MS SQL.
