Managing the JLL's South Asia account of Citi Bank. Handling the Overall Cost, Budget, Commercials, Procurement, Contracts etc. Overseeing of all the projects by the team including handling some critical projects as Project Manager.
Currently managing the spend of INR 400-500 crores.

● Finalizing rates, contracts and contracting strategies, and ensuring cost optimization
● Directing the development and implementation of key procurement strategies; identifying & developing reliable vendor for procurement of materials/ services
● Ensuring purchase schedules against the procurement plan for timely procurement of various services, items, materials, capital equipment & engineering spares to ensure smooth operations. Ensuring availability of required teams on ground based on the number of working Fronts (RFC sites) being awarded.
● Scheduling PO / WO quantities; preparing & issuing purchase orders (PO) and work order (WO) in accordance with the selected vendors, price & technical specifications
● Instituting metrics to document cost savings, purchase requisition turnaround, and number of Purchase Orders (POs) issued
● Developing alternate vendor base to achieve cost reduction, increase revenues, streamline process workflow and to create a team work environment
● Analysing vendor performance; identifying & developing cost effective vendor/ supplier base for ensuring cost effective procurement of materials/ service
● Establishing long-term partnerships with suppliers; acquiring techno-commercial offers and monitoring the quality of procured material / services through regular meetings / interactions with vendors
● Preparing & issuing Purchase/ Work orders in accordance with the selected vendors, price & technical specifications in SAP
● Conducting vendor evaluation and assessment based on receipt compliances, quality issue, timely delivery, frequency of disputes and after-sales service
● Ensuring proper compliance to internal process/ guidelines
● Ensuring effective inventory management; proper planning & forecasting for delivering and ensuring neither shortage of materials nor pile up of excess inventory

Managed estimation/scope matrix finalization/ submission of “Construction of Hydrautechnical Structure at KKNPP for NPCIL” Project having value of about INR 3000 crores (430 Million USD) Project consisted of construction of 2 nos breakwaters of more than 1 km length each, casting and floating of cassion, bunds, shore protection work, dredging, construction of 2 nos reactors, buildings etc

Successfully managed various Indian and Overseas projects, handled Coordination, Estimation and submission of bids / proposals for projects in GCC, EU, Africa. Handled submission of Design, build, operate and maintaining of Musaimeer pumping station and outfall, Qatar.

Handled multiple roles successfully including Contracts management of the ongoing projects as well as Bidding for the new projects of the company. Additional responsibilities included Billing, Planning / Execution of the ongoing projects. Handled multiple projects as well as company by preparing overall Cashflow statement of the company - Cash inflow (based on the payments due / to be billed as per the actual execution and Contracts terms and conditions) and Cash outflow (cash required for the completion of projects as well as for EMDs/ SDs for bidding projects). Cordinated in preparation of Balance sheets & Profit and loss statement, also managed assets / valuation (including Equipments like Excavators, Dredgers, pontoons etc). Worked on analysis, critical for making business decisions. Was directly involved in preparation of Balance sheet & Profit and loss statement of the company.
