•To do the Design modifications if required in the overall Design work
sent to site.
• Monitoring quality standards and ensuring adherence to all quality
control regulations.
• To Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies arising during construction
which affect the quality of works.
• Providing technical support to other site team members and Pass the
decisions of consultants effectively to the execution teams.
• Monitoring with planning and scheduling as per daily, weekly and monthly
progress report.
• Maintaining the Quality aspect of building as per specifications laid by IS Codes.
• Erection of PEB structures under the assistance of senior engineers.
• Supervision of overall Building Construction (Structural and Finishing activities).
• Checking of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and Concrete Body Schedules (CBS).
