Responsible for Promoting & maximizing the sales & profitability and proactive staff development, recruitments while controlling expenses and shortages through company standards.

. Responsible for expanding the network & market share based on the HQ guidelines and local specialties.
Preserve the brand’s image and develop the awareness within the region with various marketing activities.
Create the annual sales plan and be accountable for realization its objectives.
Monitor the performance of distributor/retailer timely.Assist the distributors/retailers to maintain health stock turn by suggesting various activities to reduce the slow moving stocks.
Control and ensure regular payments from retailers & clean overdue situation at the end of each fiscal year
Regularly visit to region & build strong relationship with retailers/ distributors.Regularly training retail team on the product information, sales skills, merchandising etc.
Maintaining uniform price policy, stock level per store, POS materials etc.
