The main purpose of this role is to implement various Quality and Food Safety policies to ensure that all the
products produced meet Quality, Food Safety and Legal requirements
Responsible for verification of RM (Vegetables) Physical appearance, Size (Standard, under, over),
Mechanical or Biological damage, soil content.
Ensure Implementation of Corporate Quality Assurance Policy compliance.
Implementation of HACCP / ISO 22000 standards.
Auditing the manufacturing sites and the regional warehouses.
Handling Consumer complaints conduct proper analysis and CAPA.
Ensuring that manufactured goods are produced in compliance with company specifications by
performing inspections of in‐coming, in‐process and finished products as per established procedures.
Recording required results of inspections in form and reviewing results obtained, recommending
actions, maintaining records of inspection, Traceability (end to end) and corrective actions.
Coordinating with concerned functions related to inspection and testing activities to develop and
update inspection, analytical methods and quality assurance procedures to ensure high quality
products and system.
Maintaining cleanliness in work place by supervising the house keeping and sanitation teams and
ensuring that cleaning and sanitation are performed as per the standard procedures and initiating
immediate corrective actions when needed.
Conducting daily checkups on hygiene standards and taking corrective action.
Ensuring all Quality & SHE policies and procedures are implemented across the company.
Assisting the QA Manager to maintaining the Integrated Management System.
Assisting the QA Manager in conducting IMS and Improvement audits across the company to ensure
that all operation departments are well prepared for 3rd party external audit and external
conformance audits.
Conducting GMP audits in the manufacturing and storing facilities, guiding the team members to
ensure proper implementation and adherence to GMP, HACCP and any municipal or government
directive.
Responsible for managing of the pest control program to ensure a pest free environment.
Initiating, analyzes and responds to any customer compliant and recommends the corrective action
to taken.
Leading the QA/FS team on their day to day tasks.
Making plant walks and taking appropriate action to correct any shortfalls
Training for the staff (tool box talk & induction).
Involving in starting up new product/machine.
Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedure.
Development of new products from B&C Grade to reduce the waste.
Responsible for investigation of cleanness of transport vehicles.
Responsibilities as Microbiologist
Responsible for conducts Microbiological Tests on Ground water, Soft Water, RO Treated Water,
Sugar, Fruit Pulp and Frozen concentrates, Syrups, Factory Environment, Packaging Materials, ensure
compliance with BIS & FSSAI standards.
Calibration of Instruments: PH meter, Conductivity meter, Autoclave, BOD incubator, Bacteriological
Incubator, Oven, Multi block heater.
Support to HACCP related validation and verification Activities.
Conducting daily checkups on hygiene standards and taking corrective action.
Responsible for investigation of Pest Control devices, and related activities with external agencies.
Responsible for Conducts Fumigation of Plant, Warehouses, Labs, RM storage area.
Maintain the all Records, Results and documents. Responsibilities as Quality Supervisor
Responsible for online quality verification on Multisite operations Juice, CSD Fizzy soda & Energy
drinks, and Water Packaging.
Responsible for analysis of Raw materials and providing feed back to Supply or Purchase Team.
To maintain Hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP & GHP) norms of plant.
Responsible for generating information related to FG, RM, PM & semi finished.
Responsible for taking corrective action if there is any deviations from standard.
Responsible for maintenance of all Machines and Line Equipments.
Conduct HACCP, GMP, GHP training programs for co workers and staff persons.
Support to Syrup room Team.
Quality system documentation and implementation for new products.
Development of new product and new packaging as per market choice.
Ensuring optimum utilization of man, m/c & materials.
ISO-22K (FSMS), FSSC, HACCP, AIB, BIS, GFSI, BRC Standards maintain.
Calibration of Instruments: PH meter, Conductivity meter, Autoclave, BOD incubator, Bacteriological Incubator, Oven, Multi block heater.
Testing of packing materials such as PET bottles, Carton, Crowns & Closures.
Efficient handling of ETP-STP plant of the company.
Maintain the GMP, GHP & plant hygiene quality.
Documentation, daily review and facing Audit and fulfill Monthly Targets.
