One the leading companies in UAE, dealing with cosmetics products, saloon and SPA. The company has got 12 branches in Dubai, and deals around 125 cosmetics brands like ESSEI, VITAMAN.
Key Responsibilities
• Receiving and checking the goods from all suppliers
• Preparation & distribution of goods to all company SPA as per their request and other allocation from the warehouse.
• Permanent space arrangement for each product groups and maintain the same.
• Arranging the collaterals by brand, by branch and keeping track of the same.
• Responsible for inspecting stores in other units on monthly basis and reporting management.
• Check & receive all the returns from company units, keep the good ones and destroy the use ones & damaged with confirmation from Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the targets.
• Checking and following up with different store departments, maintaining daily correspondence and follow ups with suppliers and buyers as well as production departments for smooth process efficiency.
• Stock maintenance to meet the demand supply.
