•Effectively controlled the Vijaipur-Kota Cross country Pipeline Project which was appreciated by GAIL Management.
Contributing leadership and heading the Planning department, handling all international Oil & Gas Projects and executing strategies related to planning, scheduling & controlling of all projects.

•Instrumental in the development of the “Planning Package” for the Bunduq Project readily accepted by the Client.
• prepared the Level 2 &Level 3 Project schedules.
Taken on board to plan, schedule, monitor & ensure cost control of all EPC projects undertaken by the company in Oil & Gas, Storage Terminals, Infrastructure, Petrochemicals, Pharma, Bio- Tech, Agro-chemical, Chemical areas using Planning Softwares Primavera Project Planner/ MS Project.
•Monitoring and controlling of projects, identifying problem sectors and taking effective remedial measures to troubleshoot. Ensure project completion within the set parameters.
•Accountable for handling all development/updates of Master & Milestone schedules. Effectively handled development of detailed schedules for Basic & Detailed Engg, Procurement, Tendering, Construction/Commissioning phases.
•Ensured Contractor’s schedules and progress measurement methodology are in line with the Company’s schedule.

•Key person involved in the development of the “Document Control Index” for controlling the deliverables which resulted in release of deliverables in time to the satisfaction of clients. Developed “Work Load Planning” for effective control of Manpower.
•Successfully prepared “Bid Package Schedule” for “Solid Dosage Facilities” project of Wyeth Lederle Ltd, which was appreciated by top management.
•Drafted “Onsite Mandatory Delivery Dates Schedule” for close monitoring of delivery of project materials at site.
•Implemented planning, scheduling and controlling of projects using PRIMEVERA and MS PROJECT which ensured timely project completion. Completed the DHDS project at Mathura Refinery for IOCL and POL Storage Terminal at Mathura & Koyali Refinery for IOCL.
•Completed grass root Pharmaceutical formulation project for NPI in OMAN and Pharma project for Wyeth Lederle Ltd at GOA.
Completed the construction of the first Indian built “JACK UP RIG” for O.N.G.C. and Destroyer for Indian Navy.
