In charge for the maintenance of Equipment and Machinery including planing, Execution of PM,
Lead BD, PM, overhauling services,
New Machinery installation projects etc,
Prepare PR, GR, WO &capex in SAP,
Do presentation for the Department KPI's,
Involved in designing of Electro Mechanical Equipment, process plant, filters etc, In charge for Installation of Electro mechanical equipments(pumps, motors, blowers, air compressors, valves, pen stocks, actuators, surge vessels, saturation vessels, flocculators, static mixers, flow meters, dosing pumps, overhead traveling cranes....etc and leaded one team for plant testing and commissioning.Preparing BOQ for mechanical work and certifying contractors bills etc.
In charge for the maintenance/projects of equipment and machinery(PVC extrusion, blow moulding, injection moulding..etc)
In charge for maintenance of machinery(Roto moulding, extrusion, pulverizing machines)and production of Water tanks, etc
In charge for the Maintenance of machinery(Blow moulding/injection moulding, extrusion, related machines),
Production planing and execution as per requirement
O&M incharge for boiler house and water treatment plant
