To Plan, execute the client projects to deliver on time by preparing Project timelines, Work
Break system (WBS), Requirements, Manhours, Milestones on MS Project & Primavera P6.
Continuous follow-up for the deliverables.
• To check all the Distributional drawings are as per standards and site survey. Preparation of
As-built drawings.
• Preparation of Material-Requisitions, Purchase Order-Requisitions for both technical &
non-technical material, Equipment & Resource requests according to warehouse availability in
advance prior to the start of project/work order execution.
• Preparing Daily Work schedules / weekly plans of the working groups for the projects & client
work orders, and reporting to higher management regularly the daily accomplishments.
• Technical Documentations, assigning scope of works (SOW) to the staff, budget allotment,
estimations, petty cash requests & periodic cash submittals as a part of company policies &
procedures.
• Follow teams on-site progress, assisting them in quality control, site checks and recording the
observations/findings according to OSHAS QMS ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditing procedures.
• Ensuring site safety & workmen safety & their safe procedures of work according to prescribed
standards.
• Patrolling the overhead & underground power lines for the periodic maintenance, fault finding
of the feeder lines & reporting the condition to the client.
• Coordination with Procurement, Vehicle maintenance department & other department heads
for the right time deliverables-weekly & monthly basis.
• Arranging weekly & monthly progress meetings to analyze the branch performance & prepare
Performance, Operational, Accomplishment reports on a daily basis.
• Applying for work permits in public workplaces, Planning the feeder shutdowns & maintenance
schedule for the outage, participating in feeder testing Hi-pot tests & energizing the feeder
lines, feeder replacement/relocations, Installations of electrical & electronic equipment. (High,
Medium & Low voltage).
• Supervise Subcontractors, junior engineers, foremen, surveyors, supervisors and assist them
technically to complete the tasks in given schedules of time
Contract: Rama Electrical & winding works …
To ensure all the Groups are working as per Safety measures & Safety equipments.
• Perform commissioning activities such as functional loop checks of DCS and ECS.
• Ensure vendor supplied equipments are in accordance with design drawings and Specifications.
• Preventive, corrective and shutdown maintenance of Electrical equipments to optimize the use of
available resources and to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
• Handling shift efficiently and ensuring the system healthiness on round the clock basis.
• Ensuring immediate restoration of power in case of blackout & to minimize the equipment break down
time.
• Ensuring safe Electrical Isolation/De-Isolations of electrical equipments by following SOP and Switching
programs.
• Carrying out Route Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting of maintenance problems using
maintenance management practice and implementing fault-finding routines and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance at all times with Permit to work procedure, electrical safety procedure,
Environmental Health, Safety procedures, as well as occupational health and safety regulations and
working in a hazardous area by giving them (LC) Line Clearances, (NBFS) No Back Feed Supply
Clearances.
• Following Lock Out & Tag out procedures while working under shutdowns
